Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance elects new board members
The Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance (GBRIA) held it’s Annual Meeting and Plant Leadership Conference on Jan. 30, in Baton Rouge. During the meeting, members voted to elect the following to the Board of Directors:
GBRIA Board Members for 2025-2026:
- Chris Hernandez, Plant Manager, Eastman (NEW)
- Ryan Kerrigan, Plant Manager, ExxonMobil Polypropylene Plant (NEW)
- Doug Knittig, Director of Operations Geismar & Digital, Westlake
- Jerry Lebold, Sr. Vice President and General Manager, BASF
- Chet Peterson, Director of Manufacturing, Shintech
- Theo Webre, Engineering and Maintenance Director, Louisiana Operations, Dow
- Steve Welch, Plant Manager, Oxychem, Convent
- Tom Yura, COO, UBE C1 Chemicals America, GBRIA Board Chair
The following board members will continue their 2024-2025 terms:
- Christy Blanchard, Plant Manager and Director of Operations, Rubicon
